With more than 30 years of professional experience, human resources executive Thomas Ezrin has worked in a variety of fields, from fintech to healthcare. A CPA who studied economics at UC Berkeley, Thomas Ezrin began his career in senior tax leadership roles at San Francisco Bay Area companies such as Ernst & Young and Vodafone/AirTouch Communications. He transitioned to human resources roles when he joined Visa International in 2001.

Among Mr. Ezrin’s top skills is designing and implementing executive compensation packages. At Visa, Salesforce.com, and PayPal, he reshaped compensation strategies to incorporate external trends, and governance principles. Thomas Ezrin has also created policies that attract top executive talent while aligning executive pay with shareholder value, an approach rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy.

Thomas Ezrin has experience developing scalable strategies for promoting fairness, inclusion, and pay equity in global rewards systems for major public companies. At Salesforce.com, he collaborated with executives to identify and address discrepancies, achieving full parity. At PayPal, Mr. Ezrin developed the Net Disposable Income (NDI) model to guarantee fair representation and ensure workers receive a "livable wage" based on their residential locations.

Additionally, Thomas Ezrin has experience implementing wellness programs. As head of total rewards, global mobility, and people insights and analytics at ResMed, he introduced and implemented a global rewards philosophy focused on customers, employees, growth, innovation, and market competitiveness. As senior VP at Mattel, Mr. Ezrin reinforced wellness principles globally, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, to boost engagement and establish a purpose-driven culture.
